Malmo, Sweden

With Rose’s mom visiting for the week, we thought a perfect idea for a day trip would be to travel by train to the nearby town of Malmo, Sweden. The trains leave every 20 minutes from Copenhagen so we showed up at the train station and left 10 minutes later. After only 45 minutes on the train we arrived and decided to tour around the quaint town. Because it was a Saturday, the town squares were packed with shoppers, tourists and locals selling various items. Markets were set up all over the downtown selling everything from fudge, smelly cheese, “Authentic English Foods” and traditional Swedish sweaters. After doing a bit of shopping we decided to sit and have a cool drink at one of the cafes. All in all it was a great day trip and it was a great oppourtunity to go back to Sweden!

Wish you were here,

  1. you girls are so cute! looks like a very cool place, and if the market was anything like the ones in Amsterdam, I bet you were in heaven! keep up with the posts and lots of love!
